I forgot my password
If you have forgotten your password, try moving to the login screen. You can request a password reset by clicking “Forgot your password?” at the bottom of the sign-in screen. As a result, the password will be changed, but it can be reissued in the form of resetting.
You will be taken to the password reset screen. Enter the email address you used to register and check I’m not a robot. Then click continue. You will be sent a verification code that you will enter in the next step. Click Confirm.
Create a new password according to the requirements for a valid password. You are done.
transaction password
This is the password you use to log in to the terminal with your trading account, and I think you have set a different password than the one you used when logging in, so you will need to follow a different procedure. First, please log in to your personal area. In My Account, press the gear icon for any trading account and there should be “Change Password”.
Follow the rules below the pop-up window. Enter your password with 8 to 15 characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters, and a combination of numbers and letters. A 6-digit authentication code will be sent to you, so enter it to reset your password.

Freeze account
If you engage in prohibited behavior or even cause trouble, your account may be frozen. In this case, you will not be able to log in even if your ID and password are correct. Therefore, you must contact the support center and negotiate whether it can be canceled or not. Of course, it is up to the management to decide whether or not to cancel the request.
account takeover
Exness also has a two-factor authentication feature, but many people find it troublesome and don’t set it up. In that case, some people may have their accounts hijacked. In this case, we recommend that you contact the support center as soon as possible. With two-factor authentication, you can change your account information from your personal area.
Delete account
